Tenelle Ottley-Matthew is a freelance writer based in London.
She has been writing online since 2013. Her work focuses predominantly on arts and culture, race, gender and media. In the last few years, she has contributed to various print and online platforms including Certified UK, Pride magazine, Huck magazine, GoThinkBig.co.uk, TearDusk, gal-dem and No Fly on the Wall.
One of Tenelle’s personal essays will be printed in Head Above The Parapet, an upcoming anthology of writing by black British women edited by Siana Bangura.
This blog was born from her desire to have a place to write about anything and everything. She mostly writes reviews, interviews, opinion and anything else she feels like posting on here.
She holds a Journalism degree from the University of Westminster.
